  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
