Ingredients
- 1 pound lean beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- 2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent.
- 3. Add the sliced bell pepper, broccoli florets, and mushrooms to the skillet and cook until the vegetables are tender.
