- 8 oz whole wheat pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 apples, peeled and chopped
- 2 oranges, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
