Ingredients

  • 1 cup hazelnuts
  • 1 cup chocolate cake crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Nutella
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted chocolate
  • Cake pop sticks
  • Sprinkles or decorations

Instructions

  • 1. Toast the hazelnuts in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes. Let them cool and then grind them into a fine powder.
  • 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the hazelnut powder, chocolate cake crumbs, Nutella, and powdered sugar. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.
  • 3. Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into small balls. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • 4. Insert a cake pop stick into each ball and place them in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  • 5. Melt the chocolate in a microwave or using a double boiler. Dip each cake pop into the melted chocolate, allowing any excess to drip off.
  • 6. Decorate the cake pops with sprinkles or other decorations while the chocolate is still wet.
  • 7. Place the decorated cake pops back on the baking sheet and refrigerate for another 30 minutes to set the chocolate.
  • 8. Serve and enjoy!
