Ingredients

  • 1 cup hazelnuts
  • 1 cup chocolate cake crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Nutella
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted chocolate
  • 12 cake pop sticks
  • Sprinkles or decorations

Directions

  1. 1

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Toast hazelnuts for 10 minutes and let them cool.

  2. 2

Grind cooled hazelnuts into a fine powder.

  3. 3

Combine hazelnut powder, cake crumbs, Nutella, and powdered sugar in a bowl. Mix well.

  4. 4

Form mixture into 12 small balls and place them on a lined baking sheet.

  5. 5

Insert a cake pop stick into each ball and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

  6. 6

Melt chocolate using a microwave or double boiler.

  7. 7

Dip each cake pop into melted chocolate, letting excess drip off, and decorate.

  8. 8

Chill cake pops for another 15 minutes to set.

Chef's tip

Ensure the melted chocolate is not too hot when dipping to prevent cracking.
