Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup hand-churned butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup whole milk

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 9-inch cake pan.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
