  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp thyme

Directions

    Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
