- 1/2 cup ghee
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds, cashews, pistachios)
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- 2 cups water
Instructions
- 1. Heat ghee in a pan and roast the semolina until golden brown.
- 2. In a separate pan, heat water and sugar until the sugar dissolves completely.
- 3. Slowly add the sugar water to the roasted semolina, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
- 4. Add cardamom powder and chopped nuts, and continue to cook until the mixture thickens.
- 5. Serve hot or cold, garnished with more nuts if desired.
