  • 1/2 cup ghee
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds, cashews, pistachios)
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • 2 cups water

Instructions

  • 1. Heat ghee in a pan and roast the semolina until golden brown.
  • 2. In a separate pan, heat water and sugar until the sugar dissolves completely.
  • 3. Slowly add the sugar water to the roasted semolina, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
