  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced

  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
