Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, oregano, thyme, and paprika.
  • Place chicken breasts in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Make sure the chicken is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Remove chicken from marinade and discard the excess marinade.
  • Grill chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and juices run clear.
  • Remove from grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
