Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, oregano, thyme, and paprika.
- Place chicken breasts in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Make sure the chicken is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade and discard the excess marinade.
- Grill chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and juices run clear.
- Remove from grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve hot with your favorite side dishes.
