Ingredients

  • 2 slices of sourdough bread
  • 2 slices of vintage cheddar cheese
  • 2 slices of mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup of cooked bacon bits
  • 1/4 cup of ripe tomato slices
  • 1/4 cup of caramelized onions
  • Optional: Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions
