Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread
- 2 slices of cheddar cheese
- 2 slices of mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1/4 cup of cooked bacon bits
- 1/4 cup of sliced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup of caramelized onions
Instructions
- 1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- 2. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- 3. Place one slice of bread, butter side down, in the skillet.
- 4. Layer the cheddar and mozzarella cheese slices on top of the bread.
