Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped

- 3 cloves of garlic, minced

- 1 bay leaf
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, add the chicken, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, turmeric, thyme, bay leaf, salt, and pepper.
