- 1 lb chicken breast
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, mix together turmeric, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
