  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, julienned
  • 1 green bell pepper, julienned
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Cooked white rice, for serving
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish

Directions

  1. 1

  3. 3

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

  4. 4

Cook chicken pieces until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.

  5. 5

Remove chicken and sauté bell peppers and onion until tender.

  6. 6

Return chicken to skillet, mix with vegetables, and cook for 3 minutes.

Chef's tip

For added texture, consider tossing the chicken in cornstarch before cooking to achieve a crispy exterior.
