Ingredients
- 1 pound ground goat meat
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce, tomato, and other desired toppings
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground goat meat, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the goat meat patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F.
- Toast the burger buns on the grill for a minute or two, until lightly browned.
- Assemble the burgers by placing a goat meat patty on the bottom half of each bun. Top with lettuce, tomato, and any other desired toppings. Place the top half of the bun on top.
- Serve the goat meat burgers immediately, and enjoy!
