Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground goat meat
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 burger buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, and other desired toppings

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the ground goat meat, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  • Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty.
  • Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the goat meat patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F.
  • Toast the burger buns on the grill for a minute or two, until lightly browned.
  • Assemble the burgers by placing a goat meat patty on the bottom half of each bun. Top with lettuce, tomato, and any other desired toppings. Place the top half of the bun on top.
