  • 2 cups gluten-free flour
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup almond milk

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, honey, eggs, vanilla extract, and almond milk.
