Ingredients
- 2 cups gluten-free flour
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup almond milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, honey, eggs, vanilla extract, and almond milk.
