- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 cup water
- 8 gluten-free taco shells
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add the ground turkey and cook until browned, about 10 minutes.
- Add the red and green bell peppers, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Stir to combine and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the water and stir to combine.
