Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1 cup gluten-free flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
