Ingredients

  • 1 pound gluten-free beef, thinly sliced
  • 8 ounces gluten-free mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup gluten-free beef broth
  • 1 cup gluten-free sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons gluten-free flour
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add the beef slices and cook until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
