- 1 pound gluten-free beef, thinly sliced
- 8 ounces gluten-free mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup gluten-free beef broth
- 1 cup gluten-free sour cream
- 2 tablespoons gluten-free flour
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the beef slices and cook until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the diced onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is translucent.
- Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they are tender.
- Sprinkle the gluten-free flour over the mushrooms and onions. Stir to coat.
- Slowly pour in the beef broth, stirring constantly to prevent lumps.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook until the sauce has thickened.
- Stir in the sour cream and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Return the beef slices to the skillet and cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until heated through.
- Serve the gluten-free beef stroganoff over gluten-free noodles or rice.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
