Ingredients
- 1 pound gluten-free beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup gluten-free soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons gluten-free Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon gluten-free cornstarch
- 1/2 cup water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the beef over medium heat until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté the onion, garlic, and bell pepper until tender.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, cornstarch, and water.
