Ingredients

  • 1 pound gluten-free beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup gluten-free soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons gluten-free Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon gluten-free cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, cook the beef over medium heat until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
