Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups gluten free flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Your choice of toppings (e.g. pepperoni, mushrooms, bell peppers, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the gluten free flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
- Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes, until smooth.
- Roll out the dough into your desired pizza shape and thickness.
- Transfer the rolled out dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.

- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
