Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups gluten free flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Your choice of toppings (e.g. pepperoni, mushrooms, bell peppers, etc.)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the gluten free flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Add the warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
