Ingredients
- 1 cup gluten-free flour
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup grated carrots
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, mix together gluten-free flour, almond flour, coconut sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
