  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup grated carrots
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Directions
