  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
