Ingredients
- 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (such as bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots), chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce and cornstarch. Set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
