  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, divided
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
