- 1 lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tbsp. unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the shrimp and cook until pink and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
- Add the chicken broth, white wine, and lemon juice to the skillet.
- Bring to a simmer and cook until the liquid has reduced by half, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the parsley and season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Return the shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
