Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and beef broth. Set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
- Add minced garlic and stir fry for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add beef slices and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned.
- Remove beef from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add sliced bell peppers and onion. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Return beef to the skillet and pour the sauce mixture over the beef and vegetables.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the beef and vegetables.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
