Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and beef broth. Set aside.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
  • Add minced garlic and stir fry for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Add beef slices and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned.
  • Remove beef from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add sliced bell peppers and onion. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  • Return beef to the skillet and pour the sauce mixture over the beef and vegetables.
  • Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the beef and vegetables.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
