Ingredients

  • 2 cups fusilli pasta
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • 1. Cook the fusilli pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • 2. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
