Ingredients
- 2 cups fusilli pasta
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cook the fusilli pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- 2. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- 3. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute, until lightly golden.
- 4. Gradually whisk in the milk and cook until the mixture thickens, about 5 minutes.
