Ingredients

  • 200 grams funchose
  • 1 large sweet pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated

Directions

    Cook funchose according to package instructions and rinse under cold water.

    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
