Ingredients
- 1 block of tempe, sliced into small pieces
- 3 cups of cooked rice
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sweet soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the sliced tempe and fry until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
- Remove the tempe from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the garlic and onion and sauté until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
- Add the cooked rice and stir until well combined.
- Add the soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, salt, and pepper and stir until the rice is evenly coated.
- Push the rice to one side of the pan and add the beaten eggs to the other side.
- Scramble the eggs until cooked, then mix them into the rice.
- Add the fried tempe to the pan and stir until well combined.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
