- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 Chinese sausages, sliced
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
- Add garlic and Chinese sausages, cook until sausages are slightly browned.
