- 1 lb. pasta
- 2 cups vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- Drain pasta and spread out on a baking sheet to cool and dry for 10-15 minutes.
- In a large pot or deep fryer, heat vegetable oil to 375°F.
