  • 4 fish fillets
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  • 1. In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  • 2. Dredge the fish fillets in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
  • 3. Heat the vegetable oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • 4. Add the fish fillets to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • 5. Remove the fish from the skillet and set aside.
