Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 package dumpling wrappers
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Directions

    Combine beef, onion, bell pepper, garlic, thyme, paprika, cumin, salt, black pepper, breadcrumbs, and water in a bowl.
