- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 bell pepper, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 package dumpling wrappers
- 1 egg, beaten
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, onion, bell pepper, garlic, thyme, paprika, cumin, salt, black pepper, breadcrumbs, and water.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of a dumpling wrapper. Brush the edges of the wrapper with the beaten egg and fold the wrapper in half, pressing the edges together to seal.
- Repeat with the remaining wrappers and beef mixture.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the dumplings and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
