- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 package dumpling wrappers
- 1 egg, beaten
- Vegetable oil for frying
