Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup cooked fish, flaked
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- In a bowl, beat the eggs until well mixed.
- Add the flaked fish, shredded cheese, diced onion, and diced bell pepper to the bowl. Mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Heat the butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and spread it evenly.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the bottom is set and golden brown.
- Flip the omelette using a spatula and cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until the other side is set and golden brown.
- Slide the omelette onto a plate and serve hot.
