Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup cooked fish, flaked
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  • In a bowl, beat the eggs until well mixed.
  • Add the flaked fish, shredded cheese, diced onion, and diced bell pepper to the bowl. Mix well.
