Ingredients
- 1 lb. fish fillets
- 1 cup tomato puree
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. ginger, grated
- 1 tsp. cumin powder
- 1 tsp. coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp. red chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. garam masala
- 2 tbsp. oil
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until golden brown.
- Add garlic and ginger and sauté for another minute.
- Add tomato puree and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Add fish fillets and cook for 5-7 minutes or until fish is cooked through.
- Add heavy cream and garam masala. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot with rice or naan bread.
