Ingredients

  • 500 grams fish fillets, cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • Salt, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder
  • 1/2 cup cashew nuts, blended into a paste
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon garam masala
