- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, drained
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (green parts only)
- 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the tomatoes, cilantro, green onions, jalapeño pepper, lime juice, cumin, and salt.
- Stir well to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
