Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts, almonds, or pecans)
  • 1/2 cup dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, or apricots)
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the oats, almond flour, flaxseed, nuts, and dried fruit.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the honey, almond butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
