Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts, almonds, or pecans)
- 1/2 cup dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, or apricots)
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, mix together the oats, almond flour, flaxseed, nuts, and dried fruit.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the honey, almond butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
- Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Press the mixture into an 8x8 inch baking dish lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
