Ingredients
- 2 cups sprouted wheat flour
- 1 cup sprouted spelt flour
- 1/2 cup sprouted barley flour
- 1/4 cup sprouted millet flour
- 1/4 cup sprouted lentil flour
- 1/4 cup sprouted soy flour
- 1/4 cup sprouted rye flour
- 1/4 cup sprouted corn flour
- 1/4 cup sprouted oat flour
- 1/4 cup sprouted flaxseed meal
- 1/4 cup sprouted sesame seed meal
- 1/4 cup sprouted sunflower seed meal
- 1/4 cup sprouted pumpkin seed meal
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all the sprouted flours and seed meals.
- In a separate small bowl, dissolve the yeast and honey in warm water. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
- Add the yeast mixture and sea salt to the flour mixture. Stir until a sticky dough forms.
- Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours or until doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf. Place the loaf in a greased bread pan.
- Cover the pan with the kitchen towel and let the dough rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake the bread in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool completely before slicing.
