Ingredients
- 1 can of escargot
 - 2 cups of flour
 - 1 tablespoon of baking powder
 - 1/2 teaspoon of salt
 - 1/4 cup of butter
 - 1/4 cup of milk
 - 2 eggs
 - 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese
 - 1/4 cup of chopped parsley
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
 - Drain the escargot and set aside.
 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
 - Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
 - In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and milk together.
 - Add the egg mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
 - Fold in the escargot, parmesan cheese, and parsley.
 - Spoon the batter into a greased muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
 - Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
