Ingredients

  • 1 can of escargot
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 cup of butter
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup of chopped parsley

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • Drain the escargot and set aside.
