Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pizza dough
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Roll out the pre-made pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Top with the crumbled feta cheese, black olives, diced red onion, parsley, mint, and cilantro.
- In a small bowl, mix together the ground cumin, coriander, cinnamon, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Sprinkle the spice mixture over the pizza toppings.
