Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 6 slices of bread, cubed
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add bread cubes and blueberries to the bowl and stir to combine.
- Pour mixture into a greased 9x9 inch baking dish.
