Ingredients
- 8 ounces of egg pasta
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup of spinach
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the egg pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is translucent and the garlic is fragrant.
