Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 2. Add onions and bell peppers to the pan and sauté until they become soft.
