Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 tomatoes
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Chop the onion, bell pepper, and garlic.
- 2. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
