- 1 lb. fresh string beans, trimmed
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp. fresh ginger, minced
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
- Add the string beans and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
