Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup Disaronno liqueur
- 1 package ladyfingers
- 1 cup strong brewed coffee
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Fold in the Disaronno liqueur gently.
- Dip the ladyfingers in the brewed coffee and arrange them in a single layer in a serving dish.
- Spread half of the whipped cream mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ladyfingers and whipped cream mixture.
- Dust the top with cocoa powder.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
