  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Directions
