Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1 can diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup crushed crackers
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, onion, bell pepper, celery, diced tomatoes, rice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
