Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup sugar-free maple syrup
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the melted coconut oil, almond milk, sugar-free maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
- Fold in the sugar-free chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the diabetic delight to cool before serving.
