Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free maple syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the melted coconut oil, almond milk, sugar-free maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
  • Fold in the sugar-free chocolate chips.
  • Pour the batter into the greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
