- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- Salt and pepper to taste
