  • 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Marinate chicken in this mixture for 15-20 minutes.
