Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Marinate chicken in this mixture for 15-20 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over high heat. Add chicken and stir-fry until cooked through. Remove chicken from pan.
- Add more oil to the pan if needed. Stir-fry vegetables until slightly tender.
- Return chicken to the pan. Pour in the remaining marinade. Stir well to combine.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.
