Ingredients
- 2 slices of wholegrain bread
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: sliced tomatoes, red pepper flakes, or fresh herbs
Instructions
- 1. Toast the slices of wholegrain bread until golden brown.
- 2. While the bread is toasting, cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop out the flesh and mash it with a fork in a small bowl.
